Provide a clear photo: of the problem when you submit the issue through your Chemist Alchemist account.
Contact Chemist Alchemist within 30 days: of product delivery.
Chemist Alchemist will offer: a free replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
You will not need to return: the defective item to Chemist Alchemist.
Other situations
Incorrect or incomplete addresses: If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, Chemist Alchemist may offer a partial refund or a reprint with an additional charge.
Cancellations: You can cancel an order before it goes into production, but there are no guarantees after it has been sent to production
